Coal flow detection of belt conveyor based on the two-dimensional laser

چکیده

A method for detecting coal flow on a belt conveyor based the two-dimensional laser is proposed in this paper to tackle complications of poor accuracy and real-time detection conveyor. This collects point cloud data surface lateral profile using two-position probe transmits with industrial Internet assure reliability transmission. The upper computer software system designed LabVIEW software. improved wavelet threshold algorithm by MATLAB employed preprocessing enhance measurement accuracy. results demonstrate that can accurately detect conveyor, reaches more than 95%, presenting advantages performance high It has broad application prospects coal, mines, ports, electric power, other fields.
